M/s United Bank Limited at Diplomat House on Mkwepu Street, Dar es Salaam was completed in 2014. The works involved interior architecture design and fit-outs supervision works on the ground, mezzanine and 4th floors .
With this being the first branch for this new bank, it was therefore important to have a design that will stand out and appeal to clients. With the bank being positioned at a corner of a street, it was imperative for outsiders to be attracted into a branch such a modern feel-good look was designed.
The banking hall and offices had the gross area of approximately 1,365 square meter. The installation works included fittings and equipment, fixed and built-in furniture, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing, painting; electrical, ICT and mechanical installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding.
