M/s Aggrey & Clifford’s offices at Selous House, 368 Oysterbay on Msasani Road, Dar es Salaam was completed in 2014. The works involved interior architecture design and fit-outs supervision works on the 2nd floor.
As a super creative agency, Aggrey and Clifford wanted a look and feel that reflected who they truly are in the industry; young contemporary and upbeat creatives. With that they opted to relocate from Mikocheni where they had been for years to these new premises, and with our designing they were then given the cutting edge vibrant look and feel that stand the test of time.
The offices had the gross area of approximately 488 square meter. The installation works included furniture, fittings and equipment, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing; painting, electrical, ICT and mechanical installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding.
