Emerson’s training facilities at Sun Plaza Retail Centre, Morogoro Road, Upanga, Dar es Salaam was completed in 2015. The works involved interior design and fit-outs supervision works on the ground and 1st floors.
With programs and schedules varying frequently at this centre, and with instructors having different and evolving training methods, the brief called for flexibility within the building’s design. An investment in superior facilities so as to give learners the best experience.
The education centre had a gross area of approximately 645 square meters. The installation works included furniture, fittings and equipment, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing, painting, electrical, ICT and mechanical installations, including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding.
