M/s Smile Communication’s shop and head office at Regent Business Park in Regent, Dar es Salaam was completed in 2013. The works involved nterior architecture design and fit-outs supervision works on the ground and 1st floors.
When Smile first ventured into Tanzania they wanted a look and feel that will stand against their competitors. CREATIVE STUDIOS LIMITED came up with a great design solution that included having an interactive shop on the ground floor and the main offices on the first floor. It was important for the store to have furniture that allows the customer to engage with the displayed devices in a comfortable setting. The in-store experience has been a vital touch-point in the telecoms operator to consumer relationship.
The shop and offices had the gross area of approximately 895 square meter. The installation works included furniture, fittings and equipment, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing, painting, electrical, ICT and mechanical installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding.
