Exim Bank’s executive floor at the institute’s head offices at Exim Tower on Ghana Street, Dar es Salaam was also completed in 2012. The works involved interior design and fit-outs supervision works on the 11th floor.
The floor that was previously occupied by a law firm was rehabilitated and converted into an executive floor for the bank’s top management offices. The rehabilitation gave the floor an airy feel and space that looked and felt lighter but yet modern and plush without taking away from the corporate image and while retaining some features.
This floor, including the cocktail terrace, had a gross area of approximately 653 square meters. The scope of works included furniture, fittings and equipment, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing, painting, electrical, ICT and mechanical installations, including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding.
