B&E Ako Law offices at 47 Ursino Road in Regent Estate, Dar es Salaam were completed in 2019. The works involved interior design and project management of fitting out and installation works on the ground and 1st floors.
Due to the firm’s growth and a subsequent merger, B&E Ako Law moved to their new, larger offices that could accommodate the bigger team. With this new partnership, also came a need for a new look that would reflect the youthfulness, novelty and vibrancy the new merger brought, that would also embody the very modern, highly professional legal team that they are. CREATIVE STUDIOS was then called to convent this residential house into a law firm.
The offices had a gross area of approximately 479.70 square meters. The installation works included furniture, fittings and equipment, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing, painting, electrical, ICT and mechanical installations, including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding.
