M/s Exim Bank’s staff training centre at Ubungo Millenium Business Park along Morogoro Road, Dar es Salaam was completed in June 2012. The works involved interior architecture design and fit-outs supervision works on the ground and 1st floors.
The client wanted a training centre that would inspire their youthful and energetic staff. After getting the brief from the client, CREATIVE STUDIOS designed a modern centre that incorporated a number of space types such as a library, training rooms, multi purpose dining hall and office, which then met the needs of enthusiastic trainees, trainers and staff.
These staff training facilities had the gross area of approximately 646 square meter. The scope of works included furniture, fittings and equipment, drywall partitioning, wall and floor finishing, painting; electrical, ICT and mechanical installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as branding .
