At Creative Studios Limited, we take immense pride in nurturing young talent and celebrating their milestones. Today, we shine a spotlight on Helen Rushubirwa, whose journey exemplifies determination, passion, and growth.
Helen joined our team in 2024 as a student intern at Ardhi University (ARU) while still in her final year of studies. Despite her tight academic schedule, she eagerly embraced the opportunity to gain real-world experience, demonstrating remarkable commitment and enthusiasm from day one. She was particularly eager to learn AutoCAD, a key software we use in our designs, and quickly mastered it, applying her skills effectively across various projects.
Since graduating, Helen has continued her journey with Creative Studios Limited, seamlessly transitioning from a student intern to a confident, skilled interior designer. She is currently handling design responsibilities on bank and hospitality projects – projects she was involved in from the design phase as part of the team. It has been such a pleasure to watch Helen contribute practical solutions to the contractors at the sites, actively participate in site visits, and engage in site meetings with confidence and professionalism.
Last week, she participated in a final inspection meeting for the recently completed Compassion International Arusha project. Witnessing a project come to life – a project she saw unfold from conception to completion – was a joyful and inspiring moment for her.
Beyond her personal growth, Helen has also become a mentor to our current student interns, guiding them through the complexities of interior design and offering support as they navigate their own learning paths. Watching Helen share her knowledge and encourage others is a testament to her maturity, leadership, and dedication to the industry.
